Welcome to DigitalSolut. By using our website or purchasing our digital services (Web Design, SEO, Software Development, Branding, Consulting, etc.), you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Client / Customer: The individual or business purchasing services.
DigitalSolut: The service provider offering digital solutions and consulting.
Services: Any product or service provided by DigitalSolut, including design, development, SEO, maintenance, etc.
Agreement: The binding contract between the client and DigitalSolut.
DigitalSolut provides customized digital services based on the plan or proposal agreed upon with the client.
Deliverables are based strictly on the agreed scope.
✔ Any request beyond the original scope
→ Counts as additional work and will require a separate quote.
Full or partial payment may be required before the start of service.
Monthly, subscription or recurring services are billed automatically.
All invoices must be paid by the due date.
Late or missed payments may result in service interruption or suspension.
❗ Completed work, labor hours, or digital services already performed are non-refundable.
Estimated delivery times are dependent on client responsiveness.
DigitalSolut is not responsible for delays caused by:
Missing website content
Delayed feedback
Miscommunication
Changes requested after work begins
Third-party service outages
If communication stops for 14 days or more, the project may be paused without refund.
The client agrees to:
Provide required information, content, and access credentials on time
Review and approve drafts promptly
Communicate changes clearly
Not request major changes after approval (counts as additional work)
All services include a limited number of revisions as specified in the package.
⛔ Unlimited revisions are not included unless explicitly stated.
Revisions requested outside the agreed scope or past the revision limit require additional payment.
Some services may require third-party tools such as:
Hosting
Premium plugins
API integrations
Software licenses
These costs are not included unless specifically listed in the project proposal.
The client is responsible for renewing third-party tools unless otherwise arranged.
SEO and digital marketing results depend on many external factors beyond our control.
DigitalSolut does not guarantee:
Specific Google rankings
Sales or income increase
Traffic growth within a specific timeframe
Platform approval (Google, Meta, Amazon, etc.)
We guarantee quality work but not external outcomes.
DigitalSolut retains ownership of all designs, code, builds, and drafts until full payment is received.
After payment, final deliverables become the client’s property unless stated otherwise.
Website source code rights may vary depending on the package.
Both parties agree to keep project information and business data confidential.
DigitalSolut may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
The client may cancel service at any time.
However:
✔ Payments already made are non-refundable
✔ Work completed up to the cancellation date must still be paid
✔ Monthly subscriptions remain active until the billing cycle ends
This protects both parties against labor and time already invested.

DigitalSolut is not liable for:
Loss of revenue
Loss of data
Website downtime caused by hosting providers
Hacking due to client-side security issues
Third-party service malfunctions
Misuse of services outside the agreed scope
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
To prevent fraud and misuse:
DigitalSolut keeps proof of work
All communication is logged
Time stamps, deliverables, and designs are documented
❗ Unauthorized chargebacks are considered a breach of contract
and may result in:
✔ Termination of all active services
✔ Collections or legal action
✔ Permanent account blocking
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.
Any disputes will be handled within the applicable courts of Pennsylvania.
