Because our services involve custom, labor-intensive digital work, all sales are considered final once the project has started.

Refund options may be available depending on the progress of the project.

A) Before Work Begins (0% Completed)

If no work has been started yet, a full refund may be issued.

B) Early Stage Work (0โ€“30% Completed)

If initial research, planning, setup, or design framework has started:
โžก Up to 50% partial refund may be granted depending on work completed.


C) Mid to Late Stage Work (30โ€“100% Completed)

Once significant progress has been made (design delivery, coding, SEO implementation, revisions):
โŒ No refunds are available.
These stages involve labor, purchased tools, licenses, and irreversible work.

The following services cannot be refunded once started, due to the nature of digital production:

  • SEO Services

  • Web Design once concepts are created

  • Custom Software Development

  • Branding or logo creation

  • Social media setup or optimization

  • Research-based consultancy

  • Third-party integrations, plugin costs, hosting, or domain purchases

Monthly SEO, maintenance, hosting, or ongoing support plans:

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable

  • The client may cancel future billing anytime

  • Work completed for the active billing cycle remains non-refundable

For any downloadable files or digital products:
โŒ No refunds once accessed or downloaded.

Refunds are not provided if delays occur due to:

  • Lack of content submission

  • Client missing scheduled feedback

  • Changing project scope mid-project

We pause the project; however, refunds are not granted.
