Because our services involve custom, labor-intensive digital work, all sales are considered final once the project has started.
Refund options may be available depending on the progress of the project.

If no work has been started yet, a full refund may be issued.

B) Early Stage Work (0โ30% Completed)
If initial research, planning, setup, or design framework has started:
โก Up to 50% partial refund may be granted depending on work completed.
C) Mid to Late Stage Work (30โ100% Completed)
Once significant progress has been made (design delivery, coding, SEO implementation, revisions):
โ No refunds are available.
These stages involve labor, purchased tools, licenses, and irreversible work.

The following services cannot be refunded once started, due to the nature of digital production:

Web Design once concepts are created
Custom Software Development
Branding or logo creation
Social media setup or optimization
Research-based consultancy
Third-party integrations, plugin costs, hosting, or domain purchases

Monthly SEO, maintenance, hosting, or ongoing support plans:
Payments already processed are non-refundable
The client may cancel future billing anytime
Work completed for the active billing cycle remains non-refundable

For any downloadable files or digital products:

Refunds are not provided if delays occur due to:
Lack of content submission
Unresponsiveness

Changing project scope mid-project
We pause the project; however, refunds are not granted.
